HaxenTech was founded to solve a clear problem.
Many African businesses struggle to scale because their systems are not built for growth. We exist to change that.
What we do
We design and implement infrastructure that allows businesses to operate efficiently and grow with confidence. We do not just advise. We build, implement, and support.
Our approach
We believe strong systems create strong businesses. Everything we build is designed for reliability, security, and scale.
How we work
We focus on real problems
We design practical solutions
We execute and deliver
We stay involved as you grow
BUSINESS STRATEGY MEETS TECHNICAL EXECUTION

Kwasi L. Hess
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Kwasi's understanding of infrastructure began early. Growing up with parents in hospital administration and medical support services, he saw firsthand how limited resources affect institutions that exist to serve people, and how much difference the right systems can make.
That instinct followed him into his career. Working at the intersection of Swiss financial markets and African business development, he spent years connecting African clients to family offices, independent asset managers, and structured financial infrastructure. It was long enough to see precisely where the gap lies between what world-class institutions have built and what African growth-stage businesses are working without.
That gap is why HaxenTech exists. At HaxenTech, Kwasi leads go-to-market strategy and institutional partnerships. Outside the company, he continues to invest personally in the communities that shaped him: funding equipment donations, school programmes, and humanitarian shipments across Ghana's Volta Region.
He is driven by one belief: that capable African businesses should not lose ground because their systems were not built to carry them.

Vincent Doh
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Vincent's instinct for how things are built came early. Growing up in a household shaped by his father's work as a chef and his mother's as a seamstress, he developed an eye for craft, structure, and the gap between something that looks finished and something that actually works. That instinct eventually found its way into technology.
Before HaxenTech, he built at the product level, developing tools from the ground up, including TalkTracker (a real-time speech-to-text alignment system) and a series of digital product prototypes where the architecture, the process, and the delivery all had to be figured out simultaneously. He learned to build in conditions where clarity comes from doing, not planning.
Based in Accra, Vincent builds from inside the markets HaxenTech serves, not from a distance. At HaxenTech, he leads the technical vision and product development, focused on one thing: systems that work in the real world, not just in theory.

Haslett Ameyaw
Co-Founder & Chief Solutions Architect (CSA)
Haslett's introduction to business came before his introduction to technology. Growing up working in his family's herbal enterprise, Pomaah Herbal Ventures, he learned the fundamentals early: data entry, customer communication, and sales, alongside the practical reality of keeping an operation running.
When he moved into technology, he brought that business instinct with him. He developed systems for the hospitality industry, built e-commerce and custom solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, and gained Salesforce expertise through non-profit and social impact work. At INGCO, an international company operating in Ghana, he served as an IT specialist across multiple departments, leading system customisations and development for complex, cross-functional operations.
That combination of hands-on business exposure and technical depth is what brought him to co-found HaxenTech, and what shapes how he builds: starting with the business problem, not the technical solution. At HaxenTech, Haslett leads solutions architecture and system implementation; the bridge between what a client needs and what actually gets built.
