AREAS WE ARE BUILDING TOWARD
Software engineer
Backend and full-stack builders who can design systems from scratch and own them end to end. Experience with cloud-native architecture is a strong plus.
Solutions architect
Someone who starts with the business problem and works backwards to the technical solution. Strong understanding of enterprise systems and cross-functional delivery.
Business development
Relationship-driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating across African markets. You can open doors and close them. You understand what infrastructure actually means to a growth-stage business.
Project manager
You keep delivery on track without micromanaging. You communicate clearly with both technical teams and clients. You know that timelines are promises.
Interns and early-career
We are open to exceptional early-career talent across all areas. If you are hungry to learn and willing to do real work from day one, we want to hear from you.
